Pianist Rafał Blechacz has been closely associated with Chopin throughout his career, his devotion to his great compatriot’s music predating his victory in the 2005 Warsaw Chopin Competition. Out on 3 March, Blechacz’s latest album features the composer’s Second and Third Sonatas as well as the Nocturne Op. 48 No. 2 and Barcarolle Op. 60.
